These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior exemption, express and written.

Article 3: Product characteristics

Article 7: delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process. The information provided by the customer when ordering is binding. In this context, the costs incurred for the re-shipment of the order would be the responsibility of the customer.

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery.

Article 8: Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has, from receipt of the delivery, a withdrawal period of 14 working days to return the goods at the end of a refund.

Article 10: Retention of title

The products remain the property of DWADOR until full payment is made. However, from the receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

Article 11: Guarantee

Gold plated jewelry and 925 silver with warranty hallmarks in accordance with French legislation.

Costume jewelry is not guaranteed.

The warranty does not apply to broken jewelry.

The warranty is only valid if the product is used for the purpose for which it is intended and under normal conditions of use.
