Article 3: Product characteristics

Article 8: Withdrawal

Article 10: Retention of title

The products remain the property of DWADOR until full payment is made. However, from the receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

Article 11: Guarantee

Gold plated jewelry and 925 silver with warranty hallmarks in accordance with French legislation.

Costume jewelry is not guaranteed.

The warranty does not apply to broken jewelry.

The warranty is only valid if the product is used for the purpose for which it is intended and under normal conditions of use.
